To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note: Used items, washed items, personalized items, and items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
