Very good mat for the price. Reduces back pain within minutes but need to use everyday if it's very bad. Ease into it and within time you could jump on it and it will barley hurt

The thorns are really effective. There is a pleasant stimulation that can be felt on both the head and the soles of the feet. Please be careful not to let indoor dogs accidentally jump on the mat in households with pets. I think the meatball might get hurt.
